Over the past 24 hours we have had a large increase in sales of our VPS services, due to this we have used up our current servers. We have our team implementing new servers into our racks and configuring virtual services now. As soon as these are tested and ready we will setup all pending VPS's straight away. Thank you,

We are currently working on an issue where apache created a log file over 20GB which used up the rest of the hard drive we have in the server. The reboot will take 10min to fully go through. Please visit back here for updates.

Upgrade of Railo servers

Last night our servers in Washington DC were upgrade with a much faster CPU which will double the power of our Railo servers. In turn all the Railo applications will run faster and process functions much faster. We are planning more upgrades in the near future, and add-ons to bundle with Railo. eNom Domain register Update

An update to our domain register systems (eNom API) means we are unable to register or transfer domain names until Friday 23 rd 18:00 (UK, London Time) of this month. This update is to improve the speed of updates from eNom to allow users to manage their domains better in our client area. Recent server downtime

Our main shared hosting services had some issues with apache and DNS services which caused the servers to be unavailable. Our support team worked through the night and made sure the network was back online asap. Like anyone we dont like downtime but we have seen some good from this which was that we have learned some new ways of making our services load and preform faster. This will help...
