Over the past month we have had a number of issues on our CF3 Windows server which has caused both us and our faithful customers inconvenience. Due to this we have decided to give something back to all our customers on our Windows servers: We was going to have Microsoft SQL (MsSQL) services on our server at a chargeable add-on BUT due to the recent events we have decided to give our CF Wbase -WPro accounts free MsSQL services which will be effected immediately without any extra charges. After so many customers asking for MsSQL to be added as a service we are very happy to announce we now offer Microsoft SQL 2008 database hosting with RAID5 hard drives for the best performance, located in Scranton, PA (USA) which gives a great connection to our US based Railo 3 & ColdFusion 9 servers. Our CFManager already handles connections for MsSQL in your datasource names (DSN) for ColdFusion.

1GB MsSQL 2008 = £7.50/mo (£5 one time setup fee)

You can order this as an addon to your current hosting or order with a new order. If you are interested in just database hosting with us and not part of any of our other services please contact our sales team who will process this for you.

Windows Servers Coming Soon…

In the past we have worked with beta public Windows servers for our customers to use for their Windows needs but know after many months of server development, testing and final beta features we are almost ready to release our Windows web hosting services.

What features will be included:

  1. Windows 2008 Server
  2. Plesk 8.3 Stable
  3. ASP.NET 3.5
  4. MySQL
  5. MsSQL
  6. Ms Access

We will of course be looking to add new features in the future but wanted to release a server that would over powerful, fast and most importantly stable features. We are hoping to have these services released by the end of this year for the same pricing structure as our current shared hosting packages which start from only £5 GBP per year.

Today we have lauched our Windows servers with ColdFusion MX7 and ASP/ASP.NET for advanced application built. As well as unlimited MySQL database you will be able to use unlimited MSSQL 2005 databases to further your applications and websites.

Using Helm 3.2 you can manage your entire website from this great feature packed control panel.

We have built 3 web hosting packages with prices start from £10 per year and £2 per month. As many other companies have done with ColdFusion hosting is limit you on hosting space and bandwidth but we are providing the same as we have done with our Linux hosting ranging from 1GB hosting space and 10GB bandwidth to 10GB hosting space to 100GB bandwidth.
